This equipment is suitable for welding Thermocouple wires of different material to steel / alloy steel plate. One terminal is connected to plate by “Earth” magnet, while Thermocouple wire to be welded is being held in “Nose player” and kept in contact with plate. “Weld switch” / Foot switch is used to weld the wire on the plate. Capacitors can be charged to different voltages to get different values of weld current.

This equipment is suitable for achieving weld joint (bead formation / couple) between two Thermo wires. Pure Argon gas can be used to get better weld joint. Two wires to be welded are being held in “Nose player” and kept in contact with “Carbon electrode” given on equipment. “Pre-flow and Post flow” of gas and “Weld trigger” is being taken care automatically. Capacitors can be charged to different voltages to get different values of weld current.
